Two Ro-Alert messages were sent to the population in the north of Tulcea County, after the MApN radar surveillance systems detected two aerial targets. The first was identified approximately 20 km north of Periprava, near the border with Romania, and the second was detected in the area of Chile, about 15 km east of Vâlcove.
