A student of Menlo College was arrested suspected of sexually assaulting a 12-year-old girl in San Mateo County. The prosecution indicated that on May 5, the suspect identified as Andrés Manuel Aguilar, 19, met the victim, whom he had previously met at a bus stop in Menlo Park.
