Mendota prepares backup dispatch plan if sheriff’s office deal fails

Mendota Mayor Dave Boelk said that he has had discussions with two other dispatch centers, but refused to disclose the terms of any proposals or the identity of the contacted dispatch centers, but did say that they are “most likely outside the county.”
