Members of Parliament and senators reached a compromise version on Monday on the Ripost bill concerning daily tranquility.
A joint joint committee reached a compromise on Monday 20 July on the text voted in the Senate and then in the National Assembly by the government majority supported by the far right. A final vote is due on Tuesday.
A new version of the Ripost bill was approved on Monday, 20 July, in a joint committee, by ten votes to two. Only the deputies of the unsolicited France (LFI) and the Socialist Party (PS) are opposed to it. The text is expected on Tuesday in Parliament.
