The head of the European Union's foreign policy, Kaja Kallas, said he will propose a list of concessions that Europe should ask Russia as part of an agreement to conclude the war in Ukraine.
"A Ukrainian delegation will be sent directly to Moscow to speed up negotiations: our sources have learned that this option is being considered."
