Measured Wellness MSO Names Melissa Grady Dias as Chief Executive Officer
The former Cadillac global CMO will guide the healthcare company’s push into preventive and chronic care as remote patient monitoring demand grows.
On Thursday, San Diego-based Measured Wellness announced the appointment of Melissa Grady Dias, former Cadillac global CMO, as Chief Executive Officer. Dias will lead a national expansion of the California-founded company.
Recognized as one of Forbes' 50 Most Influential CMOs, Dias spent seven years at Cadillac, where she spearheaded the luxury automaker's electric vehicle transformation. She also brings senior marketing leadership from MetLife, Motorola, and Jaguar Land Rover.
Measured Wellness partners with clinics to extend care beyond the exam room through its Continuous Care Experience . Founder and Chief Medical Officer Dr. Michael Kurisu said this model uses real-time data to transform healthcare from episodic treatment to continuous care.
Dias believes CMOs are more prepared for CEO roles than they realize, noting that good marketing leaders focus on growing business outcomes and organizational strategy. In her first six months, she will focus on scaling the business as remote patient monitoring demand accelerates.
The preventive and chronic care market is forecast to grow to $27.3 billion by 2033, up from about $5.6 billion in 2024, according to Grand View Research. Dias joins a 2026 trend of marketers ascending to CEO positions across industries.
