McMahon wins Follansbee Mayoral Race with 70% of vote

BROOKE COUNTY, W. Va. (WTRF) - The City of Follansbee will have a new mayor on July 1.   Former Councilman Scott McMahon unseated incumbent David Velegol in Tuesday’s mayoral election.  Winning 70% of the vote, McMahon brought Velegol’s 14-year run as the city’s mayor to an end.
