McKinley earns CCHA Defenseman of the Week Award

Breck McKinley has been named as this week’s CCHA Defenseman of the Week following the junior defenseman’s performance during BGSU hockey’s (8-5-3, 6-3-3) weekend series against the Northern Michigan University Wildcats (1-17-0, 1-9-0).   McKinley finished the weekend with one goal, two assists, seven shots, and recorded a +3 +/- rating.   McKinley recorded the majority of his stats during Bowling Green’s 4-3 overtime victory on Saturday night. …

McKinley Earns CCHA Defenseman of the Week Honors

The Central Collegiate Hockey Association (CCHA) has announced its list of weekly award winners for the weekend of Dec. 5-7. Bowling Green's Breck McKinley was awarded CCHA Defenseman of the Week for his play against Northern Michigan this past weekend, including his overtime game winning goal on Saturday night.
