Caretaker boss Calum McFarlane saw his Chelsea side book their place in the final of the FA Cup with a 1-0 success against Leeds United at Wembley.

Chelsea's interim head coach Calum McFarlane said he didn't hesitate to make Enzo Fernandez captain at Wembley.

He responded by scoring the winning goal as his team reached the FA Cup final with a 1-nil victory over Leeds yesterday. It was only a couple of weeks ago the Argentine was served with a two-game ban by former manager Liam Rosenior. That was for comments about potentially leaving the club. But McFarlane says Fernandez is a class act.
