Fierté Montreal Boosting Security After Deadly Attack at Berlin Pride
Capital Pride says it will reconsider parade security after the attack, as organizers cite growing anti-2SLGBTQ+ sentiment and expanded safety planning.

According to the organizers of Antwerp Pride, there is no additional threat to the event following the deadly attack during Pride in Berlin. "The OCAD (Coordination Body for Threat Analysis) also sees no increased threat," says chairman Geert van Praet, who calls for people to stand tall. "That fits perfectly with this year's theme: 'Fearless'."
