One person died Monday related to a reported "accidental knife injury," according to Mayfield Police Department.

MAYFIELD, Ky., (KBSI) — Mayfield Police Department is investigating the death of a Mayfield man following a reported accidental knife injury. Police said officers responded around 11:45 p.m. May 18 to the 1400 block of South 14th Street. Upon arrival, officers identified the victim as Arthur Eaton, 42, of Mayfield.
