- Prosecutors allege "crimes against humanity, genocide, aggravated deprivation of liberty, 'intentional assault and battery,' torture, destruction of property, aggravated looting, and hijacking of transport vehicles," while National Security Minister Itamar Ben-Gvir released a video taunting restrained activists.
- Netanyahu's office labeled Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan an "antisemitic dictator," vowing Israel would "continue to act forcefully against Turkey's attempts to destabilise the region."
- France, Italy, and Australia have also launched separate judicial proceedings, reflecting Turkey's position as a sharp critic of Israel's war in Gaza.
