The Bussaco National Forest in Portugal has been officially designated a ‘therapeutic forest’. This decision was made by the international certification agency Healing Forest. Following this designation, the illustrious list of certified therapeutic forests now stands at four. After Germany and Austria, you can now also travel to sunny Portugal for sessions with specialized therapists.
There are only four forests recognized worldwide for their potential health benefits.
