Mastodon shares video for ‘Snakes for Dinner’ to preview new album ‘Marrow Deep’

Mastodon has announced its ninth studio album, “Marrow Deep,” set for release Aug. 28 via Loma Vista Recordings. The announcement arrives alongside the debut of the new single “Snakes For Dinner,” which features a guest vocal appearance from Queens of the Stone Age frontman Josh Homme, marking his first collaboration with the band since 2006’s “Colony of Birchmen.” Homme also appears in the song’s accompanying music video.
