A Massachusetts State Police sergeant was indicted Thursday in connection with a 2023 drunken driving crash in which a passenger in a medical transport van was killed, the Suffolk County District Attorney’s Office announced.Sgt. Scott Quigley, 41, of Woburn, is facing one count of motor vehicle homicide in the death of 37-year-old Angelo Schettino, the district attorney’s office said in a press release.
