Mason City’s City Engineer is retiring at end of week

MASON CITY — Mason City’s City Engineer is retiring at the end of the week. Mark Rahm started his career with the city’s Public Works Department in February 2000, being promoted to Assistant City Engineer in 2006, and then in August 2007 being elevated to the role of City Engineer, which he has held over the past 18 years.
