COLLEGE PARK, MD – No. 6-seeded and ranked Maryland women's lacrosse was defeated by No. 12-ranked Penn in the NCAA Tournament Second Round in double overtime, 11-10, in the second round at Maryland Field Hockey and Lacrosse Complex on Friday. Catherine Berkery scored the game-winner for Penn (12-6) off an assist by Erika Chung. Maryland finished its season 15-6 overall.
