Influencer Igho "Tiny" Ubiribo Dies at 43 After Penis Enlargement Surgery
The British-Nigerian businessman died of a pulmonary embolism after 40 milliliters of hyaluronic acid and lidocaine were injected into his penis, coroner Jean Harkin said.
On Saturday, September 5, 2026, the Inner West London Coroners' Court confirmed that British-Nigerian businessman Igho Ubiribo died following a cosmetic genital enlargement procedure performed in Thailand.
During a trip to Thailand in March, Ubiribo received 40 milliliters of hyaluronic acid and lidocaine injections; pathologist John du Parcq confirmed the filler material caused a fatal pulmonary embolism.
After the surgery, Ubiribo visited a massage parlor with his wife, Danielle Simba Allen, before experiencing chest pain and collapsing twice. Doctors at Sukhumvit Hospital performed CPR for 100 minutes before he died.
Mourners, including Nigerian Afrobeat star Davido, attended Ubiribo's funeral in London in May, where Davido said the events "don't feel real," calling his death "heavy."
While the Cleveland Clinic warns that penis filler procedures can cause complications like "having a bend or kink in the new penis shape due to scarring," Ubiribo was known for showcasing his lavish lifestyle online to 185,000 followers.
