The Minister of the Interior, Fernando Grande-Marlaska, today has cancelled the declaration of emergency of national interest that remained in force for Extremadura and Madrid, since their respective autonomous governments have certified the normal and proper functioning of all public services in their territories, including those of response to civil protection emergencies.
