After yesterday's record high the DAX runs out of breath, the leading index starts with losses in the trade at the middle of the week. Behind this is a well-known stock market phenomenon.

On Tuesday, the Dax increased significantly. At the Xetra trade close, the index was calculated at 23,381 points, an increase of 1.0 percent compared to the previous day's close.
