Marcus & Millichap brokered the sale of Boulevard at Central Station, a mixed-use property comprising 66 multifamily units and five first-floor retail spaces in Tinley Park. Ryan Engle and Andrean Angelov, investment specialists in Marcus & Millichap’s Chicago Oak Brook office, had the exclusive listing to market the property on behalf of the seller and procured the buyer. Boulevard at Central Station, located at 6701-6723 South Street, features a mix of one- and two-bedroom multifamily units and five retail suites across 73,216 rentable square feet. Built in 2021, the property includes amenities such as a clubhouse, fitness studio, yoga room, smart home technology, an outdoor lounge and a dog wash. The community is directly across from Harmony Square, a newly opened entertainment plaza, and the Tinley Park Metra Station, providing convenient access to downtown Chicago, less than 30 miles away.
