GRANVILLE, W.Va. — A Virginia man accused of exposing himself to women at several retail stores in the tri-state area turned himself in, authorities said. Ohio County Sheriff Nelson Croft said 42-year-old Robert Edward Smith Jr., of Centreville, Virginia, surrendered at the Granville Police Department on Friday and posted a $75,000 bond.
