Man under arrest after allegedly fleeing Quincy police and shoving an officer

QUINCY–Just before 11 a.m. Tuesday, Quincy Police say officers were dispatched to the 100 block of North 33rd Street for a “possibly homeless” man who was on the property.  Officers say he disobeyed their “lawful orders” and then ran from them into a nearby wooded area.
