Man sentenced to Grant Co. Jail on assault charge
CANYON CITY – A man was sentenced to time in jail in Grant County Circuit Court on an assault charge recently. Tristan Logan Leroy McMahan, 23, pleaded guilty to Assault in the 4th Degree, committed on or about March 30th, 2025. McMahan was sentenced to 35 days in jail and placed on Bench Probation for 18 months with special conditions. The guilty plea was entered on February 18th, 2026.
