IRMO, S.C. (WOLO)– A Richland County man will spend ten years in prison on a gun and ammunition charge. Officials with the U.S. Attorney’s Office say on April 25 of 2022, Jacob Lower was involved in an accident in Irmo and assaulted a passerby who stopped to help him.
