LEE COUNTY, Ala. (WAKA) – A man on a scooter in a roadway has died after being struck by an SUV in Lee County. Alabama State Troopers say 38-year-old Bryan Pesotski of Fayetteville, Georgia, was stationary on the scooter on U.S. Highway 29 when the SUV hit him.
