LINCOLNTON, N.C. – A man on a lawnmower was hit and killed while crossing a road in Lincoln County, according to the North Carolina State Highway Patrol. Around 3:30 p.m. Wednesday, troopers responded to Killian Road near Hoover Road in Lincolnton to investigate a fatal collision.
