GRAND FORKS, N.D. (KVRR) — A man is found unresponsive after crashing into a light pole on Washington Street and 13th Avenue South in Grand Forks. First responders were on scene shortly after the crash around 10 a.m. and started CPR on the man. He was taken to Altru ER by ambulance where he was pronounced dead.
