A 42-year-old Mountain Home man charged with three counts of sexual indecency with a child appeared during a session of Baxter County Circuit Court Monday (June 2). Andrew Britt pled guilty to the charges against him and was sentenced to six years in prison with two suspended and four to serve. He will also be required to register as a sex offender.
