Man Found Dead in 21st Street Home

A caller reported finding a man deceased on the bathroom floor of a 21st Street home. EMS crews responded and confirmed the man had died. Portsmouth police then contacted the Scioto County Coroner’s Office and arranged for the deceased to be transported. Officers also gathered information for a report.
