HARTFORD, Conn. (WTNH) — A man was found dead after a fire at an apartment building on Park Street in Hartford Tuesday afternoon. The deputy fire chief told News 8 that a man was found dead on the couch. His name and age have not yet been released. Fire officials said the apartment above and below were empty.
