Man facing homicide charge after deadly altercation in Fentress County

JAMESTOWN, Tenn. (WATE) — An investigation is underway after a man was found dead following a fight in Fentress County. The Fentress County Sheriff's Department said deputies were sent to Old Turnpike Road on the evening of September 24, where they found Stephen Joe Hicks dead.
