The police investigate the finding of a body floating in a body of water seen from the PR-943 kilometer 1.2 road of the Celada neighborhood in Gurabo. At the moment, the authorities treat the finding as a death without a cause. The police report indicates that the agents working the scene understand that it is a man between 18 and 21 years old.
