The husband and 12 men face a total of 87 charges including rape and conspiracy to administer drugs over a 20-year period, with a trial set for September, court said.
On Friday, the man in his 60s from Stockport appeared at Minshull Street Crown Court and pleaded not guilty to 48 offences.
The allegations cover roughly two decades, with prosecutors saying the husband drugged his wife and invited other men to sexually assault her while she was unconscious.
The indictment lists counts including 18 counts of rape, 13 counts of assault by penetration and seven counts of sexual assault against the 13 defendants.
Court outcomes included bail decisions and a guilty plea as the defendant was remanded in custody, five defendants granted bail, seven remanded, and a man in his 50s pleaded guilty.
A further preliminary hearing is set for March 20 at Minshull Street Crown Court, with a trial scheduled to start on September 1 this year; family members attended the public gallery.
