SANTA ANA – A 29-year-old man on probation for resisting a police officer has been charged with multiple felonies after he grabbed a Fountain Valley police officer’s gun, fired a round, and bit a police sergeant as officers were trying to arrest him for refusing to obey repeated orders to leave the Fountain Valley Police Department’s lobby last week.
