A Belvidere resident was arrested and charged with multiple offenses following a stabbing incident in the early hours of Tuesday morning, according to the Warren County Prosecutor’s Office.Officers from the Belvidere Police Department responded to a report of a stabbing in the 300 block of Front Street at approximately 1:09 a.m., the office said. Upon arrival, officers found a victim suffering from stab wounds to the back, arm, and hand.
