A Bethlehem man is being charged in delivering drugs that led to the fatal overdose of a 41-year-old woman in 2021.Eugene Lewis, 49, is facing felony counts of drug delivery resulting in death, and manufacture, delivery and possession with intent to manufacture or deliver drugs. The Lehigh County District Attorney’s Office and Pennsylvania State Police announced the charges Thursday morning.
