Mass. man seen outside apartment complex in 'peeping Tom' incident, police say
A Weymouth man was charged in connection with a “peeping Tom” incident outside an apartment building on Saturday, Weymouth police said. Hida Xhevahir, 48, of Weymouth, faced charges of lewd, wanton and lascivious conduct; and disorderly conduct, the Weymouth Police Department said in a statement. He was released on bail and was scheduled to appear in Quincy District Court.
