A Morris County man was arrested Wednesday after investigators found a massive trove of homemade explosives, explosive material and a lab inside his Denville home, authorities said.Joseph Rizos, 37, was charged with second-degree recklessly risking widespread injury/damage and four counts of third-degree possession of destructive devices, the Morris County Prosecutor’s Office announced Thursday.
