A Boone County man arrested in Newton County earlier this month on arson charges for starting fires at two houses is back behind bars after being arrested Friday. Forty-five-year-old Nathan Wayne Stuart of Harrison is facing six charges, two of them felonies, for threatening to burn a cabin.
