Man arrested after threat closes Yazoo Valley Electrical Power Association office

YAZOO CITY, Miss. (WLBT) – The Yazoo Valley Electrical Power Association says its office was closed Monday after someone made a credible threat toward the facility. Deputies arrested Michael Chad Chester on Monday. Yazoo Valley says a direct verbal threat was made against the office on Sunday during a routine outage report call.
