Man arrested after break-in south of Westport; Perth resident charged after vehicle fled police: Weekly police blotter from the Ottawa Valley

Shortly after 4:30 p.m. on Nov. 2, officers responded to a report of a suspicious person on the property, the Frontenac detachment of the Ontario Provincial Police said.
