One man has been arrested following a shooting in Florence County. Around 7:30pm Wednesday, police responded to the 1000 block of River Road. Two people allegedly got into a verbal argument which prompted shots fired. 61-year-old Bobby McNeil was allegedly drunk at the time he shot the victim. They were taken to a hospital to be treated for injuries believed to be non-life threatening. McNeil was arrested at the scene and charged with attempted …
