BUFFALO, N.Y. (WIVB) -- A 34-year-old homeless man was arraigned Thursday for allegedly starting a fire in Jamestown that seriously injured one, the Chautauqua County District Attorney's Office announced. It is alleged that Eric Courtier started a fire at 234 Fulton St. that caused serious injuries to the victim, who is also homeless and was sleeping upstairs, officials said.
