Man, 27, dies after trying to save two children from waterfall in South Wales

A 27-year-old man, Mohananeethan Murigaqnantharajah, drowned while attempting to rescue two children at the Sgwd Y Pannwr waterfall in Ystradfellte, South Wales. His body was found using an underwater camera.
Multiple agencies, including the police, fire service, mountain rescue, HART, UK Air Rescue Team, and Wales Air Ambulance, responded to the incident. The children were confirmed to be safe.
