- Joseph says Smith `deliberately grooming and priming` him when invited, and he was hired earlier this year, first working with Smith in December 2024.
- During the tour Joseph alleges forced entry to his Las Vegas hotel room and finding a note signed `Stone F` and wipes, beer bottle, red backpack, HIV medication, earring, and hospital paperwork.
- Following his report, Joseph alleges a tour management team member shamed and fired him, causing severe emotional distress, economic loss, reputational harm, and PTSD and other mental illness.
- Smith's attorney Allen B. Grodsky said on Friday the complaint was `false, baseless and reckless`, while Joseph posted on Instagram/@briankingjoseph in December 2025 urging people to `stand up`.
