Maintaining Tehama County infrastructure comes with $23 million price tag

RED BLUFF —  A recent report delivered by Tehama County Public Works showed that parts of the county’s infrastructure are falling below the department’s expectations. Public Works recommends maintaining 50 percent of the county-maintained road system at a rating of fair or better.
