Agents of the Directorate-General for Military Counterintelligence of Venezuela, the Dgcim, have arrested the Russian colonel Román Frolenko, president of the Chamber of Commerce Russo-Venezuelana, who had inaugurated on 8 May in the district 23 de Enero of Caracas, in the presence of Chavist MPs and influencers, a monument to the Unknown soldier to commemorate the 80 years of the victory of the Russian army against Nazi Germany.
