Three demonstrators, two men and a woman, had pulled the trigger and insulted the President of the Republic during his visit to Sélestat on Wednesday.

A fourth person was arrested and taken into custody, but his case was dismissed because the offence was not sufficiently serious.

During his visit to Alsace on Wednesday, the Head of State was welcomed with boos. Three people are going to be tried for putting on the right foot and uttering insults against Macron.
