Lurgan woman charged with assault and having ‘chair’ as offensive weapon

A woman is accused of assaulting a female occasioning her actual bodily harm and having a ‘chair’ as an offensive weapon. Alexandra Vorniceamu (23), of Albert Street in Lurgan, allegedly committed offences on November 24 this year. At Craigavon Magistrates’ Court on Friday the defendant was given bail conditions not to be in Albert Street and she is not to contact the alleged injured party. The case was adjourned to January 16.
